How Much Does Shipping & Delivery Cost? How Long Must I Wait Till I Receive The Item I Purchased?

This policy is applicable to all orders. This policy is designed to ensure that you are clearly aware of our shipping policies and procedures. By ordering from this store, you accept the policies contained herein.

A. Shipping & Delivery Cost - Free for first time outbound shipping and delivery of the item you purchased from our warehouse

B. Transit, Handling & Order cut-off time

B1. Order cut off time 05:00 PM (GMT: -05:00) Eastern Standard Time (New York)

B2. Order handling time is 1- 3 business day (Monday to Friday)

B3. Generally, shipments are in transit for 5 - 10 business days (Monday to Friday).

B4. An estimate of the time required to deliver the products will be given to you when the product is shipped.

C. Delivery Terms

We engage a great many courier delivery companies to deliver the product you purchased. The choice of courier delivery company to be used depends on location that the product will be delivered to, the expediency required in the delivery, the availability of tracking for the delivery and the reputation of the courier delivery company.

D. Change of address

We cannot change the delivery address once it is in transit or shipped. If you need to change the place to deliver your order, please contact us within 24 hours of placing your order at manager@everwonderadventure.com. However, your request for the change of address cannot be acceded to when we have instructed the courier delivery company to ship the item you purchased. In any case, please contact manager@everwonderadventure.com without any delay when you discovered either a wrong delivery address was provided or you need to change the delivery address.

E. Tracking

Once you had paid for your order, an product order number will be generated and provided in the confirmation of your purchase. A shipping and delivery tracking number together with detail of the relevant tracking URL link will be provided once they are available. Alternatively, you may request for such tracking details by clicking Track Your Order.

F. Change and Cancellation : If you change your mind before you have received your order, we are able to accept change to the item you purchased or cancellation of your purchase provided the item you purchased has NOT been shipped. If an order has already been despatched, please refer to our Return and Refund Policy.

G. Parcels Damaged In Transit

If you find a parcel is damaged in-transit, if possible, please reject the parcel by informing the courier delivery company at the point of receipt and get in touch with us by email to manager@everwonderadventure.com. However, if you decide to receive the damaged parcel and decide to return the same to us, please adhere to our Return and Refund Policy. If the parcel was delivered without you being present at the time of delivery and your signing for such delivery, please contact us with next steps.
