We have a return policy that enables you to return the product you ordered and purchased provided that the product delivered was damaged, defective, or was of a wrong product that did not fit the description when the product was ordered by you. You have 14 days after receiving your order to request a return only if the product delivered was damaged, defective, or was of a wrong product that did not fit the description when the product was ordered by you. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, despite the damage or defect that your item suffered or the item you received being the wrong item that did not fit the description when you placed the order. Any item which is to be returned must be in its original packaging and with tags, if available. You will need the receipt or proof of purchase to substantiate your request for a return.
To start a return, please contact us at [email protected] and do take note that your request for return is made within 14 days after your receipt and the product that is to be returned was damaged, defective, or was of a wrong product that did not fit the description when the product was ordered by you. If your return is approved, we will either send you instructions how to get in touch with our appointed courier delivery company or direct you to appoint your preferred courier delivery company. In the latter case, our approval is to be sought before you can engage your appointed courier delivery company. Items re-delivered to us without getting our prior approval will be eligible for refund of the purchase price and the cost incurred for the shipping and delivery.
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. To return your product, you should contact our mail at [email protected]. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

We do not charge a restocking fee on returns.
We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return, and let you know whether the refund was approved. If approved, you will be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 5-7 business days. The total amount of refund shall comprise the actual amount paid for the purchase of the item returned and the approved shipping and delivery cost. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
If the request for return is approved, the customer is to prepay for the shipping and delivery cost with proof of payment provided to us after we have pre-approved the incurrence of such shipping and delivery cost. The specific cost for shipping and delivery should be based on the courier delivery company you choose and approved by us.
Warm Notes : Before placing an order, please make sure to fill in the correct delivery address, email address and phone number, accurate to the street and house number in the case of delivery address, so that the item your purchased can be received timely and without incurring any inconvenience of recovering the same from a wrongly delivered address. If the delivery address is wrong and the delivery is unsuccessful, the customer will bear the corresponding loss. In such instance, we reserve the right not to approve any request for refund for the loss of the item ordered and paid for.
